The use of POS is popular in supermarkets, boutiques and banks but not in commercial vehicles.
Recently, a photo surfaced online, of a taxi driver who makes use of POS.
This is the first time, we will be hearing of a taxi driver making use of POS in Nigeria.
One of the advantages for taxi drivers is that they will no longer wait for passengers to fumble and count their money or worry about looking for change.
It will also be an advantage for passengers who have no cash on them as they can make use of their ATM card.
